Wow, I was an autopilot there for a minute. Welcome to another episode of the Rochelle Christian podcast. This week we're gonna talk about something that I feel like I feel in every cell of my being right now: truth, honesty, and the frequency of awakening. So, oh my gosh, there's so much, so many different places that I could start. So I've been doing a lot of research, reading, learning, educating myself around esoteric astrology. Um, a lot of, you know, astrology in itself is the study of cycles, is the study of patterns. You can go back through time and look at when a planet was in a certain sign, at a certain degree, in a certain aspect, and you'll see these recurring themes. I think that we all know, if we're listening, I think we all know that the times right now are significant, challenging, uh, change is coming. I was having a conversation with somebody at work. And actually, what I love too is that there's so many people that are aware and open to things that they wouldn't have been years ago, right? Like, um, and not to say that, you know, corporate America businessmen or whatever weren't awake or aware. Um, I think it was just wasn't commonly accepted and maybe discussed, talked about things around like, yeah, like esoteric astrology or just like I think the food healthcare system, people are really, really waking up to. But yeah, I was having a conversation with someone, we were talking about homeschooling, and I was like, I wish I could do it. And they were like, Yeah, if I could do it, he was like, I might actually do it for one of my kids because like the system doesn't work for everyone. And just that acknowledgement uh that the system, the specifically school, but healthcare, food system, all that it's it's broken, it's crumbling, it's changing. And to know that in however many years, it's going to look radically different than it currently looks. It's already shifting, right? From when even I was a child and growing up and all those things. But so I've been thinking about again, truth, honesty, frequency. So I promise I will have it done this week. My my mission today, after I record this, is go to the gym and finish the six embodiment code PDF for you. But within that, there are six codes that I call them, right? That help you kind of awaken to yourself, right? We start with nervous system regulation because that is always first and foremost. Then we move into honoring your authority, because when you're regulating your body, you can hear your body's messages, and then we shift into frequency, right? Because what frequency you're putting out, what you're embodying, what truth you own, right, determines the frequency that you're putting out. And we all know that saying, like I felt it, or you feel somebody before they even walk into a room, all of that, right? This is like owning your truth. And Pluto stationed direct on Monday in Aquarius, and you know, Pluto and Aquarius is this massive transformational energy. I mean, it's going in and out of bounds until 2035, which just means it's operating a little bit differently. And typically when Pluto is out of bounds, it creates um societal changes, which in it it speeds up, you know, because Pluto is a very slow-moving planet, but it speeds change up, it brings about societal changes. The last time, the last time Pluto was in Gate 41, which I'm gonna get into in a minute, and going in and out of bounds was 1781. And this is going way back to the prophecy of human design. So in 1781 was the year that Uranus was found. Uh, we became Uranian beings. Therefore, our lifespan was about 84 years. Uh, we go through seven-year cycles, right? If you divide 84 by 12 zodiac signs, seven-year cycles, right? Saturnian cycles, the whole thing, which I might I actually want to do a whole episode with notes and everything to really um be the most impactful on that conversation. But we go through these cycles. And so in 1781, Uranus was founded. This was Uranus was found, I think it was March 3rd, 1781. Uranus was in Gemini. I think it was like, I could be getting wrong, 14 or 24-ish degrees of Gemini. And that was the last time Pluto was in Aquarius. Well, Pluto was in Aquarius at that time, and it was in Gate 41, so at six degrees, gate 41 in human design. And so this all lines up to this 2027, right? We're all in this 2027 shift right now, and there's more to that. But this was also a time of massive upheaval in society, collective. There was the American Revolution, the Industrial Revolution, I think in night in 1789 was the French Revolution. So all of this was when Pluto was in Aquarius, and not to say that the same thing is going to happen because there's a different imprint, there's a different fingerprint, there's a different blueprint of the sky, but Jupiter being in, uh, sorry, Euronus being in Gemini, Pluto being in Aquarius, similar themes or feeling similar things, right? And this isn't to scare anyone or fearmonger or anything like that. It's just, again, astrology is the study of patterns. When we begin to wake up, I was just reading this in uh one of my astrology books. When we begin to wake up, because I think this conversation around life, right? But astrology specifically is like, do we have free will? If it's all written in the stars, do we have free will? And the book was saying that the more you awaken, the more you come into consciousness, the more you elevate yourself, the more free will that you have, because you're not running on autopilot. When you're running on autopilot and you're not aware of anything, then you kind of don't have free will because you're just in response mode to things that are happening. And so the more you sort of awaken to these things, the more you have control over what's happening, free will. Because with any aspect, with any planet, with anything, there's a range, right? There's a high expression, there's a low expression. Like if we think about gene keys, there's a shadow, gift, and city, right? Typically, I think most of us will always fall, will will strive to fall into the gift area. That city is sort of like, um, you've elevated. You'd like you don't even need the gene keys. You don't need any of these systems anymore once you've got to that city level. So most of us are, you know, finding seeking to elevate to the gift level, but every shadow holds a gift. So we have to go through that shadow. But if we're all, you know, if we're living life in the shadow, um, then we don't really honestly have very much free will because we're just, again, kind of running on autopilot on response mode. But okay, so Pluto stationed direct, and it is in gate 60 right now, 60.6. This is closing a cycle. Gate 41 is the only initiating codon in human design and it initiates the emotional experience. So, gate 41, there's this whole, this whole all the these four stages to the human design new year, but it ultimately comes to gate 41, which is initiating a whole new cycle. And so Pluto entering in gate 41. The reason I went back to 1781 was because the last time Pluto was in gate 41 was 1781, right? So this is a significant cycle that we're restarting. So gate 60 is the gate of limitation, and gate 60 is letting things go. We're we're finalizing a cycle. It's the pressure to change, pressure to let go, pressure to um transform something because it's opposite is gate three, chaos in the beginning. We have to like ground in and we have to create this sort of pressure to make things make sense out of that chaos, right? With anything, you know, that gate of limitation, it is we might feel limited by putting things in a box. We might feel limited by creating a structure out of something, but really we're kind of setting ourselves free in that. Because once we've taken all that chaos, right? Like when we've, I was talking on the um secret podcast, uh, but when we've when I call it like my mad scientist phase, when I'm in Canva or I'm creating something, I just like throw a whole bunch of ideas on the paper. I get all the things out of my mind on the paper, and it looks like a mess. Or if I'm studying something, like if I'm, you know, researching a specific transit or a planet or something, I have books all over my bed. I've got notes all over my thing, but it helps me get everything out. It helps me organize my mind to then make sense of something, and then it clicks. But there is that chaos. We have to contain the chaos in some way to create, to have a breakthrough, to innovate, to find something new, right? And so that limitation, that gate of limitation, the gift is realism, right? So it's like we're realistic to the fact that sometimes we need those structures. It's like going to the gym, right? You need the discipline and structure and sometimes limitation, right? Like, I'm not gonna eat this, I'm not gonna do that, I'm not gonna drink X or whatever it is, right? Like you need sort of sometimes you need you need the discipline, discipline and the limitation in order to transform your body, right? At the end of the day, you're gonna feel better, you're gonna sleep better, your body's gonna start changing, you're gonna look better. All these things will come out of what seems and appears to be a limitation. So Pluto is in this gate. Really, what are we letting go? What do we need to ground in? Like these, like primarily this letting go, right? We have to release things. We're closing a cycle to then initiate in gate 41. Pluto moves into gate 41, I believe it's uh December 9th, if I'm not mistaken. And this week, just Pluto's doing a lot this week. Pluto station direct. Um, it's in this gate 60 uh.6. And then later in the week, I can't remember exactly what day. I think it is, I don't know. I can't remember exactly. Maybe it's Friday. Um, it's in this grand air trine with Uranus and Venus, and then also Venus is creating this kite configuration with Pluto, Uranus, Neptune, Saturn, and Venus. Venus being like the apex of it. So there's a lot about transformation, like there has been, but specifically now to our relationships. Venus moved into Libra, which is very relationship focused, um, transformation, innovation, uh, insight, intuition, boundaries, uh, lack of boundaries, like all these sort of themes are coming up. But essentially, we're awakening to some truth that will transform us, our relationships, right? Because our relationships are mirrors for us, and we learn our values through the types of relationships that we bring into our life. So this sort of has been bringing me back to this idea of truth because again, the age of Aquarius, the new age, ruled by Uranus and Saturn, right? Which I really kind of love that gate of acceptance limitation because it bridges Capricorn and Aquarius, and they're both Saturnian ruled. And so this is a theme. Aquarius itself, I love Aquarius because it's like it's been so embedded in the system, it's been part of the system and it understands it so well that knows where that breakthrough, right? Being contained, and then you see what's working and what's not, so that you can then break through, innovate, and create something new that is in greater service of everyone. That's sort of that Aquarian energy. But Uranus, which is the ruler of Aquarius, is the great awakener. This is shock and truth. Often the truth shocks us, right? So it really got me thinking about truth in the new age, what that means, what it looks like. I think we're all awakening to truths, but also because Aquarius is also technology, Pluto and Aquarius is technological advances, we really have to discern. Like I was scrolling on Instagram, which I shouldn't do, but I was. I was scrolling on Instagram there, and all of these random like bear videos. I I don't know, bears like I've been terrified of bears since I can remember, but I also at the same time think they're my spirit animal. But so weird that like bear videos would keep coming up, but all these bear videos, like bears jumping through windows and houses, bears like going up to babies, like all these weird things. I'm like, this is like wild. And it's all AI. And so I'm watching these videos now, and I'm like, I can't even believe what I see anymore on social media because it's all AI driven. So there is this truth that we have to be grounded and we really, really, really have to discern now and come into our own and trust ourselves. We're going back to this time, I believe, where we are coming back to ourselves. We were, we've been so disconnected. I'm I'm listening to the audiobook. I'm listening to the book The Signs by Terra Dr. Tara Swartz. And she's talking about near-death experiences, terminal um lucidity, and just different beliefs in different systems. And she was saying that they did a lot of studies of past life um not regressions, but children who remember past lives, right? Like they're being reincarnated. And she said they study them only up until age five, because after age five, they be they're indoctrinated into the school system and they begin to lose that sense of themselves. And so what I feel like we're coming back to this time where we're we're trying to come back to this place within us where we really trust ourselves. We find that truth within ourselves, right? This is what the current astrology is asking for, right? Truth in all ways. Our eyes are opening, at least, many of our eyes are opening, right? So the age of Aquarius is nothing if it's not seeking and revealing truth. Uh, Uranus, again, which is the rule of Aquarius, the Great Awakening, it's like that's literally what it is. The great awakener, the great awakening, um, truth, which is again shocking us. And so I've really been thinking about this of like coming inside, and again, going back to the six embodiment codes, nervous system regulation, authority, trusting your own authority, trusting in your own self, right? Which then sets up your frequency, which then there's rhythm, right? We need to come into a rhythm and a routine and a consistency with these practices, understanding that our shadows are sacred, and then finally invitation over force. We don't want to force things. But again, this is something I've been comp contemplating. And um I want to do another whole episode on the seven-year cycles because I think it's really fascinating. And if I'm not mistaken, Lauren Aletta was on the podcast last year, and I believe we talked about the seven-year cycles. So I'll link that episode down below because she's done a lot of research, a lot of um reading, uh, and just tapping into her own knowing around these seven-year cycles. It's really fascinating. But specifically, you know, at around 37, we come into our nodal return, which I the last like few years have been just like wild. So I was in my nodal return when Uranus was going through Taurus. Uranus was retrograde um and station direct last year. Yeah, well, well, this past year, 2025, a station direct. And that's when I was like, burn it all down. I'm leaving this corporate world. I literally changed jobs. So I was managing a restaurant and I was like, you know what, I don't want to do this anymore. I'm not at home. My kids are suffering, like I'm working nights, weekends, I'm never around. And as a single mom, like it's really it is important to me to be available for my kids when they need me. And so then I switched to like more of like the corporate, I'm air quoting it, but it was like 12 hour, no, it wasn't 12 hour days, but it was pretty close. It was like 10 hour days, 11 to 12. Once it was like I left, I woke up and left the house and got home and cooked dinner and had time, right? And for yes, more money, but like when you break it down by hour, it wasn't that much more. And I was just like, I am so over the hustle and grind. So I literally burnt it all down. I quit. I was like, I'm starting anew. I don't like I value my mental health and feeling because I was like crying every single day, like having to go in there. I dreaded it. And I was like, this is not a life. Like I value feeling good over making significant, like I'm also trying to change my mindset around money and finances, but I also don't believe, and this is that whole like new age thing, and this is what we're really diving into in the inner mother collective. We are unschooling that train of thought and our our nervous system response, I guess, or our subconscious beliefs around money. So that's the whole thing we're doing. Um, if you want to join the inner mother collective, the link is down below. We go through that, just so much more stuff. But anyway, so back to back to the topic of the day, right? So again, I've been contemplating truth and what it means in our body, what it means when we regulate and come into our own authority, because I believe that our logical mind wants to make sense of things. Our logical mind wants the black and white, our logical mind doesn't feel comfortable living in the gray space. So when we have like an intuitive hit, when we have like a knowing, it's so easy for us to override it by our mind, because that's kind of what we're taught in the school system, right? Like left brain, logical, like make things make sense, like science, like whatever. And so the thing is, we'll never know. Like I had a hit that um just to set a boundary in the sense of like I wasn't comfortable with something that I was asked to do. And it didn't make sense to me why, right? Because I was like, I don't know, like I don't, it's it's not the person that I feel uncomfortable around. But for some reason, every time I think about doing the thing, I feel this sense of unease. And so I don't know why I was called to set a boundary or to say no. I don't know why, but I honored that and I was like, hey, can we do something else? And it turned out like the person said no, and that's totally fine. And I also I literally journaled for like two days. I am not responsible for anybody else's reaction. I'm allowed to change my mind. I'm allowed to honor myself because it is uncomfortable when we come into our own truth. Expressing that is uncomfortable, right? And so I don't know why my body was uneasy with that. You know, I was thinking it could even have been something that drive to the place, or there are so many, like the butterfly effect. I don't know why I was called to not do that thing. And it would be so easy to convince myself out of like, oh, well, you know, I'm just overreacting, or maybe this is something else, whatever. It's so easy to override our system and we're never gonna know. But it comes down to just blindly trusting, having faith, just trusting our body that it knows best, it knows why, even if we don't, even if our logical mind doesn't and it won't in those situations, we just have to like trust it. And maybe sometimes we'll we'll get an answer, um, and maybe we won't. But that's not like up to us. We're we're being asked to come into that truth within ourselves and to trust that truth. And that's and that's the uncomfortable thing. That's the hard thing. But once you begin to do that, once you begin to move past that discomfort, because again, the truth, sometimes when we own that truth, when we come into our truth and when we're honest with it, yeah, it can feel uncomfortable to have to verbalize it or to set a boundary. But like that saying the truth will set you free, like you will feel that after the fact. Um, so while I was, I wrote a whole blog piece about it too, uh, Substack. I'll link it down below and I'm kind of like referencing it now as I like look through it. Truth are facts, right? Truth are facts. We can all hold different truths, but what is the actual truth, right? And I think that when we think about it like universal laws, our truth, um, our own inner knowing is our truth. We can hold false truths, right? So it's like this seeking to find like the actual truth of things, whereas honesty holds morality in it, right? So if I'm being honest, um it's different than being truthful, if that makes sense. Like I'm being honest to my own truth, but is my truth the actual truth, right? And I've always held honesty really close throughout my life. But I was thinking about it as I was contemplating this whole concept of truth with Pluto and Aquarius and Uranus, the Great Awakener, and Gemini, right? Which is mind. We're radically shifting the way that we're thinking and we're coming into this truth, this awakening, right? We're changing the way that we're perceiving things, which we know that our perception changes our reality. And so, but I also realized that sometimes in that valuing of honesty, I would avoid things because I didn't want to actually speak my truth. I didn't want to say the truth, but I didn't want to be dishonest. So I would avoid, avoid hard conversations, avoid certain people, places, um, a past pattern of mine in the situation that I just set a boundary in. A past version of me would have avoided, ignored, ghosted, or just made an excuse, like, oh, I have to do this or I didn't get this finished, which the excuse wasn't a lie, right? Because I would always use something that I had to do, but it was an excuse. And so there's a part of me that was, yeah, uncomfortable with having to set that boundary, but then not also felt good, right? The truth shall set you free. Um, and so just noticing that if I am avoiding honesty, am I actually being honest? And so that's a big one. And again, being a recovering people pleaser, um, I understand now that avoidance is a pattern that kept me safe, right? That confrontation made me feel unsafe. There was either physical threat of harm or there was um revoking of love, like whatever it is. There was something that the avoidance was uh was something that I took on to keep me safe. And I understand that now, and I appreciate that part of myself that had to embody that to keep me safe. And also I know that I'm safe now, and this is a different version of me. And I choose I get to choose, right? And again, that the the truth truth shall set you free. Um, this was said by Jesus, and what I believe that Jesus meant by this was like those universal truths. If we honor that truth, it may be uncomfortable, but if you're seeking the truth, you'll find it and it will set you free, right? Like knowing that. Um but again, like coming into your body and knowing what is truth and what is false. I'm around it. But knowing like your body's messages to know. Excuse me, your body's messages to know. Again, like what is truth and and what is not. So we know also, like, our words are so powerful. And I was watching a video yesterday, and it was this girl that was saying, like, just speak to whatever it is, speak to your food, speak to your water, speak to your bank account. Our words are so powerful. And again, with Uranus and Gemini, the great awakener, truth, shock, right, all of this in the mind, in the area of the mind, using our words, like we went through the whole Mercury uh thing, right? Archetype. Mercury is our words, Mercury can manifest, Mercury rules the magician in the tarot because our words are magical, right? When we use them correctly. And I've really, really been paying attention to the things that I say. And I don't always win. There are certain times where certain people we get into the whole drama of things, and you know it's entertaining sometimes, but at the end of the day, it's like, is that the truth I want to embody? The things that I'm putting out into the universe, right? So um that's a lot of like the contemplation that I have been thinking about lately. And again, you can check out the um post that I wrote. I'm gonna link that down below. But again, I think like during this time, coming into our own truth, I think that nervous system regulation is first and foremost. I will talk about that forever because it has radically changed my life. Um, understanding astrology, I think, is really, really impactful and really helpful. And because again, it's the study of patterns. It's the study of patterns. And I was looking through, so your without getting into like the the nitty-gritty, I guess, of astrology, there's something called your progressed uh secondary progressions, and so it takes your astrology and it's like every day equals a year, right? So the outer moving planets or the the outer planets don't really move very fast. Um, but like the moon and the sun, those will move more significantly through these secondary progressions, and it doesn't override your chart, but it helps give you um an insight. And the literally the reason I brought this up is because my my progressed moon is at 29 degrees of Capricorn. It has been in Capricorn for actually don't know how long, but the moon moves is a quick planet, right? It moves every couple days. So the moon, my progressed moon is in Capricorn, which I feel like and specifically at 29 degrees, which is a critical degree. I feel like this could be why I feel so grounded recently. Um, and it's been there for years, right? So it's not just like a two-day thing and then it's over. Your prog your progress your secondary progressions are longer things. And like I said, the outer moving planets only move like a few degrees in your lifetime. Like my Pluto, uh my natal Pluto is five degrees, and I think my secondary progressed Pluto is at like maybe 12, maybe. Um I'll actually look because I was just looking at it before. Uh, let's see. Um, but so my my secondary progressed moon is at 29 degrees of Capricorn, which I feel like has been offering me this really, really grounded perspective. And it's moving in November into Sagittarius. Um, yeah, oh, so my natal Pluto is at five degrees retrograde, and nearly 40 years later, with the secondary progression, it's at four degrees. So it's only moved a degree, right? In all that time. Get back on track. So it's moving into um Sagittarius soon, which will be a whole nother energy. Right now, my progressed moon and Capricorn is opposite Mercury, which is a challenge, a resistance, a um friction between my mind and my emotions, right? My communication and my feelings. And so I feel like on top of so many other things right now, why I feel like I've been, my words have been coming a little bit easier. Um, my truth has been coming a little bit easier. Um, all that really was just to say that my Mercury is opposite my moon in my secondary progressed chart. Not in my natal chart, but in my secondary progressed chart. My Mercury in my progress in my natal chart is in Taurus, which offers me a really grounded slope. But Mercury right now in my progressed chart, my secondary progress chart is in cancer. Cancer or water and earth work well together. Fire and air work well together. Fire and earth, not so much. Air and water, not so much, right? So Mercury in itself is really supporting me in just its placements right now. Um, and Mercury currently is in Scorpio. So it's bringing a depth, it's bringing a truth, it's bringing an awareness, it's bringing a slowness that I'm really loving, I guess. Just a slowness in not just the way that I speak or communicate, because I do speak really quickly. I have Mars pressing up against my sun and my Mercury, but in the way that I'm consuming, the way that I'm learning, the way that I'm integrating, right? All those things. So yeah, I think that I'm gonna wrap it up, but I definitely want to do a little bit more research on these seven-year cycles and kind of come and talk about that because I think that, you know, especially now I'm in this uh 37 to 42, uh, one, two, three, four, five. No, so it's 35 to 42 um seven-year cycle. And it feels really significant, especially because 42 is like half-life. So there's like a really big shift that comes when we're looking at the Iranian life cycle. 42 is half of that, right? And so this feels like a really pivotal time. A, it's a time where I stopped giving a fuck as much what people think, in all honesty. I think that there are, I notice my pattern so much more when the people pleasing tendencies come up, I can catch it and be like, I don't actually care. Like I know myself and I know that I'm kind, I'm caring, I'm sensitive, I'm an empath, like all those things. So I'm never like out here trying to harm people or trying to manipulate people or anything like that. So, with that being said, like I know that part of myself, but um, yeah, I just don't care as much because I'm like, I'm the one that suffers at the end of the day. If I'm not like honest with myself, if I'm not in integrity, if I'm not owning my truth and living in my truth, I'm only hurting myself, right? Um, forgiveness, forgiveness is a huge piece, and also just like figuring out life, like what I'm doing with life. And I just love, I keep coming back to, you know, some of the most successful people in life didn't get there until in their 40s. And so whatever struggle I feel like I'm going through at this phase of my life, it is challenging in a lot of ways. And in a lot of ways, it's a really beautiful phase. So I'm trying to just like honor that. But wrapping that up, um, we are doing our new moon circle on the 21st, Tuesday, the 21st, inside the Mother Collective. So if you want to join us in there, the link is down below. Um, I think that's all I really want to tell you about today.
