Speaker 1:

Welcome to the Emotional Mastery Podcast. I am your host, rochelle. I'm a holistic human design health coach and this is a space for human design and spiritual journey. It's not about being a master of your emotions, rather mastering the tools to self-regulate, to awakening yourself and remembering who you are. Human design changed my life about five years ago and I've been learning and teaching the system ever since. This podcast is human design meets spirituality, meets astrology. You don't have to have a belief system to be here, just an open mind and curiosity. This is a journey of meeting yourself and awakening to your infinite potential. Now let the magic begin. Welcome back to the Emotional Mastery Podcast.

Speaker 1:

I know I took a couple weeks off just to sort of regroup, enjoy the holidays. I had family in town, my brother and his girlfriend were here. It really was a great time to just decompress. I had a good time and I have been going through some stuff lately and today being New Year's the date that I'm recording this New Year's Day it's a lot of reflection, and I think this time of year brings a lot of reflection as well, as it also brings momentum, because in that reflection we're able to see the things that are not working for us, we're able to see the things that we want to call in the direction we want to take. And I think it's so important to have those grand visions and have those grand goals and it's so important to refine it down to the practical, day-to-day steps. Because a reason why a lot of us sort of make New Year's resolutions or make New Year's intentions and then come like mid-January we're already back to our normal habits and patterns is one obviously subconscious right, limiting beliefs, subconscious programming, things that we believe about ourself, and it's not just like a I declare that I'm going to be like this, and then all those limiting beliefs come up and we're not prepared or equipped or conscious enough to work with them, right.

Speaker 1:

So, having like tangible steps, I did a new moon journaling with Jenna, a new moon circle with Jana Romer. I think I did it on what it's today, wednesday. So I did it Monday night in preparation for this and we went through our 20 year plan, our 10 year plan or five-year plan or two-year plan or one-year plan, and I found myself hitting that 10-year or five-year and just being like, okay, I kind of want to just close the journal and we'll move away from this, right, but I forced myself to see it through because it's so easy to be like well, in 20 years, and I realized when I was reflecting on my 20-year goal, my 20-year vision, my 20-year plan, it was less about the details and more about just the way I wanted to feel, and I could feel that in my body, right, I wanted to feel love and I wanted to feel joy and I wanted to feel supported, I wanted to feel happiness and I wanted to feel free and I wanted to travel and all those big picture goals and so that's great. It's amazing, but if we say that every year without having the practical, tangible steps of like how to get there, because it's such a big jump sometimes from our current state of reality, right, whereas if I'm giving an example of myself, like right now, I feel really stressed, really anxious, really in my like not self a little bit. So it's sometimes hard to feel what you're feeling right now and then jump to that and be like, well, I'm gonna make it happen. We have to have those practical steps. We have to understand it's one foot in front of the other, right, and hopefully doing the work. Hopefully we have practices that we've implemented, such as journaling, tapping, meditation, movement, walking, whatever those things are, so that we can face these things and move through them.

Speaker 1:

The last month almost month have been wildly challenging and I will share a little bit about it without going into too much detail. I will share it more so when I'm on the other side of it. But I have made a couple life decisions that one feels really challenging and aligned more. Putting me in my self-worth. One feels really challenging and very not aligned and I'm kind of being forced to face my shadows in a really big way. But also to face that intuition of knowing that something feels really out of alignment and doing the kind of scary thing and trusting the universe, having certainty in a way that doesn't make sense to leave that situation, and trusting that things are going to work out, which can be really scary to do, like as a single mom and I have bills to pay, I have mouths to feed, I have all those things and yet this growing discomfort in my system about the thing that I'm doing feels so out of alignment and part of me for a while was like just push through it so that the magic on the other side of it right when you face the things that make you uncomfortable, because it is shadow after shadow after shadow after shadow, and it is things that I need to work through. It's not obviously right, it's not anything that is just out of left field that I'm like, oh my gosh, I never saw that coming, but it's forcing me to see things that I know I have to work through within myself. And also, it really feels the intuition, the hit that I'm getting is it really feels that sometimes the lesson isn't saying no, right, sometimes, yes, sometimes we have to challenge ourself, we have to take those actions. We have to do the things that are really fucking hard in order to see the beauty on the other side, right, in order to shift ourselves in such a cellular level that we're changing our genetic makeup, right. We're really, really working on the subconscious beliefs.

Speaker 1:

I've been doing so much tapping, I've been doing so much self-hypnosis, haven't been doing as much meditation, which I really want to get back to. I haven't been doing as much movement, but I've really been listening to my body and just being like okay, this is what it is for now. I know it's not permanent. How can I make up for the lack of movement or the lack of? I say lack of movement, lack of physical exercise, right, like going to the gym, like I usually do, and so it's. You know, if I can get a 20 minute yoga workout in the morning, that's better than nothing, right, like that feels good and so.

Speaker 1:

But sometimes, again, like facing those shadows and sometimes seeing that. So the two things that I was talking about, the two challenging things one of them is challenging, but I know that it's showing me my self-worth. I've come to a point where I trust myself so and I love myself that I refuse to settle for less than I deserve. I choose to settle for the bare minimum. I choose to settle for things that are not serving me. And then this other one, on the other hand, is really challenging and all my shadows are coming up in such an uncomfortable way. I'm just stressed and anxious throughout the day, and it's really forced me to practice those things. Like I, my mantra, like this too shall pass.

Speaker 1:

I have certainty beyond logical belief, like pause, what a pleasure, which is when I got from, like, oh my gosh. David Guillaume I might have mispronounced his name he teaches on the Kabbalah is beautiful, but one of his things is like, when you're feeling so uncomfortable, when you're in a situation where you're angry, you're frustrated, pause, and then just think what a pleasure that I get to do this, what a pleasure that I get to face this, what a pleasure that I get to move through this right, and it really does like shift your perspective because it's like pause, okay, I'm so uncomfortable in my system right now and I accept that I'm so uncomfortable in my system and also what a pleasure that I get to sit here and face this part of myself and I have an opportunity to move through it. It's been a lot of detaching, disconnecting, putting things in perspective Like, rochelle, nobody cares about you, like that right, and not in a mean, degrading, victim-y way, but like truly nobody cares about me, like I care about me. Right, it's just a reality. I am the star in my own show, right, I'm just like a player in somebody else's. I'm just a passing, like what do they call them? Oh my God, an extra right, I'm just an extra passing in the scene. And so we have to remember those things sometimes, because when we're so hyper-focused and I have a Leo moon and Leo rising, so I know I can make everything about me. It's just like it's been a really big acceptance of who I am too lately, and so knowing that about me, knowing that I can, that's a shadow of mine.

Speaker 1:

When I feel anxious, I'm like, oh my gosh, people are thinking this and people are thinking that when really it doesn't matter. So it's a zooming out and being like, okay, if I mess this up, I mess this up, we're going to all move on, we're going to survive, everything's going to be okay. Because, like that trauma in that fight, flight or freeze, really that ego, like it really makes us feel like, oh my God, I'm dying, like I don't know how to get through this, like I I am in that fight, flight or freeze mode because I'm in danger, but we're really not right. And it's like that physical sensation. I think I, I I read something where it was talking about, I think it was talking about a breakup, and that physical feeling of like heartbreak is like it's actually, like it is painful. Our body registers that as pain, and so when we're feeling super anxious, our body is registering this as being unsafe, like we're hurting. We have to do something to heal and protect ourselves. And so anxiety and heartache and grief are really difficult to move through because it is a physical sensation and our ego and our unconscious or subconscious is doing everything that it can to physical sensation and our ego and our unconscious, our subconscious, is doing everything that it can to protect us. So we don't feel that pain and, of course, like, if you're you know, if you've been in toxic situations, abusive situations, extreme trauma, things like that we're sort of like used to being in that state. Our body, although it's uncomfortable, feels a sense of comfort, being there, right.

Speaker 1:

And I was watching a reel this morning with Carolyn Miss and she was talking about intuition and she's like people think intuition is seeing the future, like if I do this, this will happen, this is going to happen, and it's not seeing the future. She said. Intuition is listening to that voice inside that is like this is not right for me, this does not feel good, this like day after day and listening to it and be like, okay, this is not for me and that's okay, right. And I think that my journey has really been through discerning trauma and discerning intuition, because sometimes they're confusing, right. When the body feels so uncomfortable, it's like, well, is this because of my trauma, am I supposed to push through this?

Speaker 1:

And I started the experiment a couple years ago of when I did feel that just backing away and being because we can't move through, we can't do the work if we're in that fight or flight mode, we can't do the work with a dysregulated nervous system. So the first thing is okay, I feel uncomfortable. Let me breathe, let me meditate, let me pause, let me come back to myself and now I can sift through and discern what's coming up for me, right. And then the more you practice, the more you trust yourself, the more you can feel like I again with one of the situations that is really uncomfortable right now. Actually, like, looking at both of them, for some reason, one was easier for me to see like no, this is just not for me.

Speaker 1:

I keep coming back to the same thing, I keep feeling the same discomfort. You know, so many things are great, but it's just not working. And then the other one there was part of me was like okay, I'm facing all these shadows, I have to move through them, I have to persevere, I have to like make it through. And then I realized I came to this place where it's like no, because this thing just isn't for me, like I can do the work without jumping into the fire every single day, right, and maybe it's a test from the universe, maybe it's whatever you want to call it. But so I'm sort of sifting again, sifting through these two really challenging periods, and the one thing that I've noticed is it's had me pull back a little bit from the things that I love, and that doesn't feel good, because this podcast human design, astrology, space, holistic human design, academy all those stuff like light me up so much that I refuse to let them go. And so I'm riding the momentum of like right now, while also having just small practical steps like, okay, I need to get more organized and every single week, block off a two hour time period a couple times a week for whatever, right, just really get myself organized within my already daily schedule. And so that's my priorities.

Speaker 1:

And next week there's going to be a really amazing podcast episode. Lauren Aletta comes on and we talk all about shot at work, which is so resonant with, personally, everything that I'm going through right now, and I know it's going to be one of those episodes where, when I'm editing it, I'm like, oh my gosh, because that happens so often where everything that I didn't know I needed comes through an episode that I recorded months ago. It's such a beautiful part of this process, so that's going to be coming out next week. I'm really excited. So today I'm just going to talk a little bit about the transits that are happening in January, which is wild. 2024 went so fast, so 2025 is going to be intense in a way that maybe we haven't seen before, and it's not to be scary, right.

Speaker 1:

I think that all of this, the last five years, four years have really been preparing us for this transformation, because whatever modality or tool or system or whatever that you follow, there's a big shift coming. Human design talks about 2027. Astrology talks about 2025. Age of Aquarius, spirituality. We're going through this big shift of consciousness waking up and timeline jumping, and whatever it is, we know something big is happening. So many of us feel that A lot of us are waking up, a lot of us are doing the work and just planetary-wise, like Saturn and Pisces, it's testing our spiritual, it's testing our faith, it's testing our belief, it's setting boundaries around it. It's allowing us to ground in a little bit like there's so much that's going on. So a lot, a lot, a lot is happening this year. Again, all the outer planets. So Pluto moved into Aquarius, which that did happen before, but it's like official, it's like locked in now so we can consider that in part of 2025. Neptune is moving into Aries. Saturn is moving into Aries, jupiter is moving into Cancer. Uranus is moving into Gemini. It's huge. It's really really huge.

Speaker 1:

So the first thing, I didn't really take notes for this episode, so I'm going to kind of riff on it. I've got my little book out here. But what I want to talk about is the nodes, right? So the north node excuse the kids in the background screaming, you know it happens Life, mom, life. But January 11th we have the north node. The nodal axis is shifting from Aries Libra, to Pisces, virgo, and we sort of talked about this back in. I believe it was September, october, where we had the eclipses. I think it was September, I don't remember September or October one of the two where we had our first Pisces eclipse. And so this is really moving us from Aries this self-leadership, this assertion, this action, sort of energy and then that South Node in Libra, where we're people-ple and we're keeping the balance and the harmony and like all those really beautiful things, beautiful qualities that we have. Now we're moving into Pisces.

Speaker 1:

Pisces is very spiritual, it's really deep, it's, it's oh my gosh, it's. It's so much the body, but it's not like the body, it's like, you know, it is the unconscious, it's the womb, right, it's like in the 12th house. So Pisces rules the 12th house, and the 12th house is everything we can't see. It's like when you're pregnant. You know the baby's in the womb, you can feel it, you can sense it, but you don't actually see it, right.

Speaker 1:

And then Virgo is all about service to others. Virgo is very much it's about the, you know your gut, it's your digestion, and that gut brain access is so, so, so powerful, right, the shadow of Virgo is going to be perfectionism, judgment, more so on the self than other people. But when you think about, like Venus and Virgo, this is like our relations have to be like perfect, which isn't a thing, like there's nothing that's perfect in this world, like nothing. And so this, the shift in this axis, where I believe it's, it's going to be testing our addictions, right, because shadow of Pisces is addictive. It is avoidance there's a word that's completely escaping me right now that's really important to Pisces, neptune. But it is avoidance, right, it is detaching, and so we're going to be being tested by this right Like. Our body is really going to be telling us a lot of things right now. Right, we have to listen to our gut. We have to listen to our like. Again, that gut brain connection is so, so, so powerful, our emotions and it's just. These are themes that are really going to be coming up with the North Node in Pisces. So check in your chart to see where Pisces is. If you have any planets in Pisces, I personally have Jupiter in Pisces, which has been really intense because Saturn's been going over back and forth over my Jupiter in Pisces in the eighth house. So the North Node for me is gonna be moving through my eighth house as well. So all these deep sort of dark wounds and things like that are going to be coming up for me. But before that so January 2nd, the day this episode comes out Venus moves into Pisces.

Speaker 1:

I love Venus in Pisces because I love the spiritual and softness and dreaminess. That quality holds right and Venus is our values, our morals, our relationships, love money, things like that. So it's just bringing a softness to Venus and something I actually want to talk about in the intro, which I'll touch on here, because Venus sort of triggered and reminded me of that. But you can check your perfected year, so what that means. I'll actually link it in the show notes. You can click on it your perfected planet house.

Speaker 1:

So anyway, it's a little chart and you look at your age and that's the house that is ruling this year for you, and so what you want to do is in your chart. So for me, for example, I'm 38, which for me rules is my is falling in my third house. Now, my third house is ruled by Libra in my chart, because I'm a legal rising, and so the planet, so we're looking at our perfected planet, the planet that rules Libra is Venus. So Venus for me is the planet that is ruling this year. And I keep saying, like this year I've gotten so clear on my values, I've gotten so clear on what I want in relationships, I've gotten more clear on how to handle and manage my money and how to call it in and how to make it grow for me and things like that. Those are very Venus things, right. I notice when I come in my house and it looks like shit, like I don't feel good, right, and so finding where that is and again, I'll drop that chart down below, just find your age, look at the house that it's in, so one through 12, and then go to your chart and see what rules that house.

Speaker 1:

And then the planet, the planet that naturally rules that. So if it's in Aries, that's going to be Mars. If it's in Taurus, that's going to be Venus. If it's Gemini, it's going to be Mercury. If it's Cancer, it's going to be the moon. If it's Leo, it's going to be the sun. If it's Virgo, it's going to be Mercury. If it's Libra, it's going to be Venus. If it's Scorpio, it's going to be Mars. If it's Sagittarius, it's going to be Jupiter. If it's Capricorn, it's going to be Saturn. If it's Aquarius, it's going to be Saturn or Uranus, and then if it's Pisces, it's going to be again Jupiter or Neptune. So looking at those and seeing how that rules, so anyway, so Venus moves into Pisces and again, this is just that like kind of dreamy quality. That's really nice.

Speaker 1:

And the third we have that Mars-Pluto opposition again. So we had it opposite once I think it was September 3rd, if I'm not mistaken. I could be wrong, but it was about that where we had this direct opposition. And this is intense, it is explosive, it is just like boiling energy, aggressive, really deep anger sort of coming up. So the last time this happened there were a lot of accidents. I think, like three people I knew knew somebody who got into a car accident, and I'm not saying that that's what's going to happen, but the potential, the energy is there. So we maybe just taking a little bit slower time during that time.

Speaker 1:

On the sixth, mars is in retrograde and it goes back into Cancer, so it's dipping out of Leo. So if you are a Leo sun or a Leo rising, it's not that it's going to get easier for you, but it's sort of moving out of Leo for a brief period of time. And so Mars and Cancer, remember, was that sort of passive, aggressive, but it's really. It's about your family, it's your home life, it's your emotions, it's your experience of self, and so, in retrograde, really internalizing those things right, like having you feel that way, may be really protective.

Speaker 1:

January 8th Mercury is moving into Capricorn. So this is giving us like the ability to communicate and intellectualize and maybe plan, get a little bit more detailed on things, like on these goals. So if we've made some goals, if you've set some intentions, reflecting and going back to it when Mars, when Mercury moves into Capricorn can really help you get, get clear and maybe, maybe, like organize your time and your space and really sort of set dates of when things are going to happen, when you're going to make things move or when you just plan to hit certain goals. That would be a really great time to do it. Again, the 11th, we have that North Node moving into Pisces. That axis is changing.

Speaker 1:

On the 13th, we have our full Moon in Cancer. Now again, of course, cancer rules the Moon. Sorry, the moon rules cancer the other way around, and so this one is going to be sextile to Uranus. So there's going to be a little bit of unpredictability happening there. But this full moon is really about our emotions. This one might be a little bit more emotional than some of the other ones because it is a cancer. Full moon and full moons are time to like shed and release so that we can make space to call in those things. It's really a time to like, look at, like what's working and what's not working. Right, so check where cancer is in your chart, what normally comes up for you.

Speaker 1:

This is all happening also in gate 32, which is the gate of details. This is the. I'm just pulling it up right now, sorry, I have it in my book and I had it on a different page. The gate of details, preponderance of the small, and so the shadow here is intellect, right, and so this is this gate, so 6217 is the channel that it makes, and this is like I think, right, this is really detail, communication, opinion manifested as words. And so I'm just reading some of the little notes that I have on this gate. But the shadow here is intellect. So it's like are we over intellectualizing things? Right, I am obsessed with scientific facts, which is part of that shadow. And then the gift is in precision, right, I access the universal language of light. This is all coming from the gene keys, right now that I'm reading, and so it's kind of shifting from intellectualizing to like understand that there's so much out in the universe, right, um, and so this is a really powerful gate, um, to really just sort of like get out of our mind, cause it is really easy to intellectualize things, it's really easy to be in the head and overthink things and let that sort of get the best of us. Um, so really like taking time during this full moon to see what you want to shed and then, sorry, on the second as well, sort of backtracking a little bit. Actually, I'll get to that in a minute. I'll get to the retrogrades in a minute. Let me finish this sort of timeline here.

Speaker 1:

So then on the 19th, the sun moves into Aquarius, and so actually I love it, because today, on New Year's Day, the moon is in Aquarius and we're like in this age of Aquarius, pluto in Aquarius, things like that, and so the sun moving into Aquarius this is is really just going to be highlighting all those themes, right, aquarius is sort of the weirdo, it's the oddball. It's an air sign, it's a fixed air sign and it is ruled by Uranus and Saturn and it rules the 11th house natally in the chart, and so again, the sun in Uranus is really or sorry, the sun in Aquarius is really expanding on those themes for us, right? It's really going to be bringing those things in. It's the humanitarian, and the reason why it is so much the humanitarian and like in service to others, sort of in that way, is that it's been in the middle of it, it's seen what's not working and it's not comfortable there, right? So it's got to step out and be the weirdo and be the oddball and advocate for others right, and really like it kind of creates its own little community and I've seen that a lot where just really unique Aquarian communities are popping up and people are supporting themselves or supporting each other in really beautiful ways and so the sun moving into that, and then on the 27th Mercury also joins the sun and moves into Aquarius and Mercury and Aquarius we're just going to be communicating a little bit weird, a little bit differently, a little bit rebelliously. Right. We're sort of like thinking in that way we're questioning things, it's innovation, so maybe like different technologies are going to come right. We're sort of like thinking in that way we're questioning things, it's innovation, so maybe like different technologies are going to come out. We're thinking out of the box, and that's very Mercury in Aquarius, so things like that might be coming up. We have our new moon in Aquarius on the 29th and Jupiter is an aspect to the moon during this time. So this is really expanding on these things and this isn't gate 19. This is the gate of wanting right. The shadow here is codependence and the gift is sensitivity, and so gate 19,. The other half of it is gate 49. And so this channel is the marriage and divorce is the channel of divorce, right. And so with this, again like that shadow of codependence, right, you being needy, are you isolating, isolating yourself, like we have to step out of that and allow our sensitivities.

Speaker 1:

Like I'm reading a book yes, it's a fantasy book and it's sort of like that romantic type thing but it's talking, it's sort of telling the backstory of one of the main characters who is known as, like, being one of the most feared kings in this kingdom, right, and it's showing him as a child and how he's so sensitive and he's crying and he's beating up on himself because he's crying and his mom is telling him he doesn't want to be like his dad, he doesn't want to destroy things, he doesn't want to destroy everything that he touches and his mom, just like, wipes away his tears and she's like you're going to be strong because you allow yourself to feel and that's a beautiful quality, right you care so much. And it's like, as you get to know this character, it's like, as you get to know this character, it's like the whole rest of the kingdom thinks that he's the worst thing ever and he's awful and he's horrible, but then you see, like, within his kingdom, he's actually so loved because he really cares for people. He sees things in people that they don't see in themselves. He takes the oddballs it's very Aquarian, right. He takes the oddballs and the rejects and the outcasts and he sees something in them, sees something in them, sees potential in them and he brings them into his fold and it's just this really beautiful character development. So, anyway, that's just sort of was reminding me I don't know where I got off on that tangent oh, gate 19, right, where it's like allow our sensitivity, accept that sensitivity, right, and sense the sensitivity of others, be able to allow others to feel what they want to feel, what they need to feel, because when we don't feel those things, things again it festers and it boils and it builds and it makes us sick and you know things like that. So, again, that's the new moon.

Speaker 1:

The new moon is really time, is the time to set intentions, to manifest, call them what we're manifesting, and they're always like six month periods, right, so okay, and so then we're going to talk about retrograde. So mercury leaves its retrograde, its shadow phase sorry, the second, which is the day that this episode comes out, and so anything that you've really been sitting on, one of these decisions, the things that is like I don't want to say, plaguing me because our words are powerful One of the things that is challenging me. I made that decision during Mercury retrograde and keep thinking about that and I'm like, okay, maybe once this leaves I'll have a little bit more clarity. So I'm trying to like just pause and learn the lessons and slow down. So, anyway, mercury leaves its shadow phase on the 2nd and Venus goes into its shadow phase on the 28th of January. So Venus is going to go retrograde in February and so we might feel a little bit more shadowy about relationships, money, morals, values, all those types of things.

Speaker 1:

Right, as it's in Pisces, and then Uranus stations direct on the 30th. So this is now. It's direct, it's moving more towards Jupiter, it's moving more towards Gemini and I have a Taurus sun at 24 degrees and Uranus has just been hovering over it, making it so uncomfortable, because Uranus holds the energy of anxiety, and so whatever Uranus is touching your chart, wherever it is in your chart, you're going to feel a little bit anxious, which is partly why I know I'm feeling so incredibly uncomfortable right now. I'm like feeling so much anxiety and Uranus is in my 10th house of career and so these things like all sort of line up, and so it's just like having patience, knowing this too shall pass, it always will pass, right, it will always pass, and like coming back to that knowing sort of like helps keep it going and just having patience.

Speaker 1:

And as somebody with emotional authority, I have to ride that wave. I have to ride the ups and downs. I have to like move through that in order to gain clarity time and time again. Sometimes it takes a long time and sometimes you'll get that clarity in 24 hours, but really honoring yourself and giving yourself the time, if you have emotional authority, to really like move through that, to see the things and like know that you know there are shadow phases, there are retrogrades and astrology isn't the end-all, be-all, like you know you best. But really slowing down and really getting to know yourself and stuff like that is the point. And so astrology, human design, is all supportive of that journey. That's what I love about human design. I feel like it's supportive of the journey to find yourself. Whether you stick with human design or not, whether you resonate with everything in human design or not, the whole point of human design is to get out of your mind and into your body and that is really powerful, really, really powerful. So that's like the biggest aspects of January, and again next week is a really exciting episode.

Holistic Human Design Academy is open as well, and so this is a membership. You can join the membership or pay for six months and it's just. It's this beautiful journey of peeling back the layers of yourself, remembering who you are, remembering that you're whole, exactly as you are, and really getting to deeply know yourself through this system. Astrology is infused in there, subconscious reprogramming, because things are going to come up that we need to work through and we need to have the tools to do that. And so during this program, during the six months, you'll be setting habits in place, you'll be doing things that support yourself on a daily basis and then, by the end of that, you'll have that transformation of like knowing exactly how to reset your nervous system and having the tools to move through those things and having the awareness. And it's not like it's going to be. You know, human design is a journey. It's a seven year journey. I mean, it's more than that, but that seven year deconditioning phase and it really will reveal itself to you in layers, and that's what's so beautiful about the system. So that is happening.

One-on-one sessions are available, coaching package is also available, and everything you need to know is down in the show notes. I have a freebie, which is a human design 101 plus workbook that you can get. It's the first, very first module inside the holistic human design academy, and so it's sort of like a again human design 101. And then there's a little companion workbook that you can journal and write things down within that. But I thank you so much for listening, whether it's your first episode or you listened a ton of times before. I appreciate you and I hope that 2025 challenges you, helps you grow. I hope that you do things that are uncomfortable but set you free. I hope that you remember that this, too, shall pass. So, whatever comes up, it is for you. This, too, shall pass, and I love you.
